1. General terms

This website is operated by Resindo Medika (“Resindo”, “we”, “us”). By accessing the website, placing an order, or using our services, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

You must provide accurate and complete information. You may not use the website unlawfully, fraudulently, to disrupt our systems, or to infringe the rights of others.

2. Health information

Website content is educational and provides product information; it is not a diagnosis or a substitute for medical advice. Sleep-therapy devices must be selected and used according to product instructions and the recommendation of an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

3. Products and availability

• Images, colours, packaging, and accessories may differ slightly because of manufacturer updates or display settings.
• Stock, pricing, promotions, and package contents may change before an order is confirmed.
• The final model, specification, warranty, and package contents are stated in the order confirmation or invoice.
• Certain products may require an assessment, prescription, configuration, or usage explanation before delivery.

4. Orders and payment

Submitting a form, WhatsApp message, or shopping cart does not necessarily mean an order has been accepted. An order is accepted when Resindo confirms it and verifies payment.

• Prices are in Indonesian Rupiah unless stated otherwise.
• Delivery, installation, and additional service charges are disclosed before payment.
• We may reject or cancel an order because of stock, pricing errors, suspected misuse, incomplete information, or compliance requirements. Payments received for an order cancelled by us will be refunded.

5. Delivery and acceptance

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by couriers, destination, weather, public holidays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. The customer is responsible for providing the correct address and recipient contact details.

Inspect the parcel upon receipt. Damage, missing items, or discrepancies must be reported under our Refund Policy with the required evidence.

6. Warranty, service, and support

Warranty coverage follows the relevant manufacturer or distributor terms. Damage resulting from negligence, use contrary to instructions, unauthorised modification, liquid, impact, unsuitable electricity, or non-original parts may be excluded.

Consultations, installation, trials, rentals, and servicing are subject to team availability and the agreed service terms.

7. Intellectual property

Website content, design, trademarks, photographs, educational materials, and software are protected by law. They may not be copied, sold, modified, or commercially exploited without written permission from the rights holder.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Resindo is not liable for indirect loss caused by website use, third-party delay, or product use contrary to instructions. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Changes and applicable law

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services or the law. The latest version applies from its stated effective date. Indonesian law governs these Terms. The parties will first seek an amicable resolution; consumers retain access to legally available dispute-resolution mechanisms.
